Once you have accessed the Ecommerce Application, then you can begin the setup/registration of the product.
Note: Remember that before a user can Register a New Account, the user must first have a Customer Number and Registration Key available.
To register as a new user, you will first need to know your customer number, have a valid email address, and have your registration key.
If you are an SCP customer go to http://b2b.scppool.com
If you are a Superior Pool Products customer then go to http://b2b.sppdistributors.com
On the Ecommerce front page you will see a link to Register a New User, click this button.
The link will take you to an on-line registration form which you will need to fill out.
When complete, click the Register button.
Once you click the Register button, it is essential to note that you are not a registered Ecommerce user yet; the activation of the new account will not occur until the next morning. You will get an email once the activation has occurred.
Once you receive the email confirmation, you will be able to login to the site.
If you want additional users on your account simply fill out the form again with a different username.
The registration key is a 24 digit number that looks like: 1111-1111-1111-1111-1111. This key can be found on your monthly statement. If you do not get a monthly statement your local sales representative can look it up for you in our system.
Note: When using the key to register be sure to enter the number with the dashes.
This key was created to protect you and should be kept confidential. The key unlocks your access to not only the Ecommerce site but it will also be used for many things in the future that you will be able to do interactively with PoolCorp.
