In order to use the Ecommerce application, a user must first register the product. In order to register, the user will need their Customer Number and a web Registration Key (which will be a 24 character number in the following format: 1111-1111-1111-1111-1111). The user will be asked for these during the installation of Ecommerce, so it is highly recommended that the user's Customer Number and Registration Key are on hand during installation/access.
Note: The Registration Key was created to protect you and should be kept confidential. The key unlocks your access to not only the Ecommerce site but it will also be used for many things in the future that will allow further interaction with PoolCorp.
Note: When using the key to register be sure to enter the number with the dashes.
The user's Customer Number and Registration Key can be found on the monthly statement mailed to the user's business; the Customer Number can also be found on an Invoice.
If a user is having difficulties obtaining the Customer Number and Registration, then the user can ask a local sales representative for this number.
